Step1. Login to your blogger account, click on the drop down-menu and then click on template.
Step2. Click on "Edit HTML"
Step3. Now find </head> ( Press "CTRL+F" for a search bar ). Add the following code above/ before </head>

Click on "Save Template". You successfully remover top navigation bar.
